Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
