Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Honolulu with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
