Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Amber Markets is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
