Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Fresno, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
