Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Quarry Freight Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
