Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Granite Press produces print and digital publications in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
