Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
