Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Nest Press Group is a printer and publisher in Fort Worth serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
