Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Nest Press Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
