Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
