Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Quarry Farms Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms.
