Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Bright Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
