Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms.
