Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
