Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
