Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Ivory Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
