Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
