Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Clear Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
