Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Pine Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with print quotes.
