Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Keystone Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
