Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Boise serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
