Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
