Bright Bridge Telecom is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
