Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing makes precision components in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
