Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Wichita, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
