Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Property Management and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
