Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Nest Staffing is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
