Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
