Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Rochester, NY)

Bright Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Rochester with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
