Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Northwind Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
