Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Markets is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
