Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Westbrook Summit Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
