Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
