Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Providence, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
