Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Wichita, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
