Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Forge Energy is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
