Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
