Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Clearpath Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
