Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
