Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Nova Wren Arts Center is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 311 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
