Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Honolulu with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
