Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Westbrook Pike Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
