Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
