Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Basin Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
