Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
