Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
