Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Lumen Field Community Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
