Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Raleigh across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
