Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Property Management and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 322 people based in Portland. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
