Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Portland, OR)

Northwind Nest Markets is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
